This is one of my personal smoothie recipes that I really enjoy!

Creamy Vanilla Collagen Boost Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup of ice

1 cup of coconut water or coconut milk (substitute almond milk)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

1 frozen banana

2 tablespoons powdered collagen (I use Great Lakes)

2 teaspoons of honey (optional) (Stevia is a good substitute)

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
