Here is another one of my go-to smoothie recipes. It is easy and delicious!
1 cup of ice
1 cup of coconut water (almond milk is a great alternative)
1-2 tablespoons of cashew butter
2 tablespoons of collagen (I use Great Lakes Collagen for my protein source for my smoothie. You can add whatever protein you choose to)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring (optional)
1/2 frozen banana
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
Add all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
